eCals - Calendars for Kids Recycling Program

The eCals Calendars for Kids Recycling Program has been
established to assist pre-school through sixth grade teachers to acquire
old calendars for children to use for arts and crafts activities.

- If you are an educator and need calendars:
- Simply fill out the Calendars for
Kids Recycling Center form to establish your school (yourself)
as a recycling center.
- When you sign-up as a recycling center you will be eligble
to win a $25.00 Gift Certificate! So, sign
up now!
- We have also created
a simple flyer
you can print off and send home with your students to request calendars
from their parents. You may cut and paste it and rewrite it as you
wish with one condition; You leave the eCals.com - Calendar for Kids Reycling Program at the top of the flyer and the paragraph about the program at the bottom.
- If you have a contact at a publication (newsletter, magazine, newspaper, tv show, etc), please send them a link to our press release.
- If you are an educator and need ideas:
- Check out what other educators
plan to do with the calendars.
- If you want to help your school:
- Print the simple flyer
and show it to your school's teachers to see if they are interested in
the recycling program.

- Locate the closest recycling center and select it.
- Print out the address on your printer.
- Ship, mail, hand deliver or send with your kids your calendar(s).

- Please add a link to our Recycling Program from your personal, business,
school or educational web site! (We appreciate everyone spreading the word.)

This recycling program was started on Nov. 22, 2000. We are agressively
promoting it to teachers, including home school parents. Please check
back to see if your school or friend has joined the program.
